 Accountability: How effective is our school?

This course identifies different levels of accountability leading towards highly effective schools. During the day participants will have the opportunity to consider new routes towards evidencing success, including some aspects of the proposed new SEF and the new Ofsted process.

The day will allow colleagues ample opportunity to discuss most of the issues around accountability, including:

  • How effective is effective?
  • Is accountability always countable?
  • The accountability ladder
  • Modelling accountability
  • Proving accountability
  • Sharing accountability
  • Developing accountability

This day is suitable for Consultancy, InService, or School Clusters
