This course is suitable for all Teachers i.e. those involved in the "Front Line" of education, eager to respond to the challenges of the recent Government White Paper. 

How can we ensure that teachers take the right route in their teaching, and that their teaching is always of the very best quality?
Consistency in the quality of teaching leads to teaching which is consistently of high quality … teaching The High Way.

This course supports teachers at all levels of experience and expertise in recognising and identifying where their strengths lie, and areas where they can further develop and improve. It uses the Model for Good Teaching to unpick specific areas within the craft of teaching, and supports improvement with a wide variety of strategies and ways to “upskill” each of the criteria within the Ofsted framework for teaching.
Teachers come away from this course with a range of practical ideas and documentation to support their improvement – whether they are seeking to improve already good skills, or whether they wish to improve in order to raise progress for the children they teach.
