This day will usually include an audit of the effectiveness of current data management, including record keeping and tracking, along with solutions and strategies for development.

This day has proved very popular at schools across the country. The consultant will work with school leaders to form an evaluation of the way data is collected, managed and used across school. Together with the consultant, leaders will analyse the strengths and weaknesses of current systems, and arrive at both solutions and strategies for development.

Consultancy days use many of the materials and strategies of our similar training courses, but relates these specifically to the school – from what leaders are currently doing, to a range of developmental strategies. School leaders will have the opportunity to discuss all aspects of the day in the context of their own school and to be supported by a range of tailor made solutions. NB This will be tailored specifically to the needs of each school, in a pre consultancy phone call.
