Meet the Team

Kel has been a head teacher of two schools of widely different backgrounds. His twenty –two years of senior leadership experience in a variety of settings and social and cultural backgrounds is serving him well as a self –employed trainer, coach and facilitator.

Phil Craig has been the head teacher of an independent school for pupils experiencing behavioural, social and emotional difficulties, head of a Pupil Referral Unit in a shire county and head of a behaviour support service in a large metropolitan borough. Although he has taught in mainstream, most of his career has been spent working with pupils exhibiting challenging behaviours.

 David O'Brien is an experienced and highly successful headteacher and consultant described by Ofsted as a headteacher who provided ‘inspiring leadership… unswerving vision and ambition to raise standards’.
