Consultancy day:
This is the personal, in house, one to one approach, when we can sit together with you and offer the necessary support that you need that’s unique to your school. By the end of the day a clear picture of the school’s provision should be in place. This will include evidence based statements that define with brevity and clarity the quality of provision. Any weakness shown up by the data will be addressed within the school improvement plan. This day could also involve the introduction of strategies that will ensure a continuing readiness for inspection however far ahead it is.

Tutorial Package, Consultancy, plus ongoing Audit: Suitable for schools at any stage of Self Evaluation.
This is as above, the consultancy would be on a one to one basis in your own school with follow up critique of your Self Evaluation as required for up to twelve months.
