This INSET Day is suitable for all teaching Staff and is in response to the challenges of the recent Government White Paper and works hand in glove with our leadership course "Make Teaching Stand Out".

How can we ensure that teachers take the right route in their teaching, and that their teaching is always of the very best quality?
Consistency in the quality of teaching leads to teaching which is consistently of high quality … teaching The High Way.

This INSET training supports teachers at all levels of experience and expertise in recognising and identifying where their strengths lie, and areas where they can further develop and improve. We'll explain and expound the virtues of the Model for Good Teaching to unpick specific areas within the craft of teaching, and drive improvement with a wide variety of strategies and ways to “upskill” each of the criteria within the Ofsted framework for teaching.

Teachers will benefit from this training by discovering a range of practical ideas and engaging documentation to support their improvement – whether they are seeking to improve already good skills, or whether they wish to improve in order to raise progress for the children they teach.
